Registration Form Conference Agenda
The conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel at Warren Place. There are several Doubletree Hotels in Tulsa, so make sure you arrive at the Doubletree at Warren Place near 61st and Yale, not the Downtown Doubletree.
Room Rates are $85 per night plus tax. To ensure you receive the $85 room rate, call the hotel directly at (918) 495-1000 and let them know you will be attending the WiNUP Conference. The hotel will hold the block of rooms for us through September 22 so please make your reservation before that time to receive the discounted rate.

Tulsa International Airport accommodates the following airlines:
Taxi Cabs and Car Rentals are available. The Warren Doubletree offers a free shuttle from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., however please note that the hotel is 15 miles away from the airport, which could result in a lengthy wait. Please call the hotel for more information.
Please be aware that taxi cabs are not allowed to park outside of baggage claim at the airport. For this reason, it is recommended that you call the taxi cab company below to ensure a taxi cab will be ready and waiting for you!
