Discounted New Membership With Conference Registration
If you are currently not a member of WiNUP or have never been a member but are interested in joining the organization, there is a special conference rate to register for the conference and get a discounted 2026 member rate. This special rate applies for 2026 WiNUP membership only.

Please note: This discount does not apply to expired members of WiNUP.

Registration is required before Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 11:30 AM
Payment In Full In Advance Only
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
WiNUP Conference registrants who cancel on or before July 20, 2026, are entitled to a full refund. Registrants who cancel between July 21st-August 20th, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Excluding processing fee.
Refunds will be reimbursed by check payment.
There will be no refund after August 20, 2026. Any registration can be transferred to another person by September 4, 2026. All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing and emailed to: Rebeca Felipe at rfelipe@aep.com and Janet Hewitt at hewitt3060@gmail.com.
