Fundraising
This committee coodinates fundraisers for the chapter to support the conference grant as well as giving back to the local communities and STEM events.

Member Retention

This committee is responsible for activities to maintain membership roster, including tracking member activities and event attendance throughout the year.

The website & technology committee is responsible for updating the website with important and accurate chapter information.

Professional Development
This committee will create the calendar of events for the year ensuring that each of the international objectives is met.  Professional Growth, Personal Growth, Industry Related, and Women's Issues.  The committee will contact speakers and work closely with other committees to organize fun and successful events.

Event Planning 

The Planning Committee oversees the organization of events, including coordinating locations and venues, scheduling logistics, and managing timelines. The committee also plans outings and activities to ensure well-organized, engaging, and smoothly executed experiences for participants.

Women's International Network of Utility Professionals is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (6) organization under the IRA Code.  Section 501 (c) (6) of the IRS code provides for the exemption of business leagues - which is an association of individuals with a common business interest.  Contributions to WiNUP are not tax deductible as a charitable donation.  Contributions may qualify as a business expense.  Donors should consult a tax professional.
