The 2026 WiNUP Conference is coming to Indianapolis, and this year’s theme is Full Steam Ahead: Moving Forward and Preparing for the Future. The event brings together women from across the utility industry for learning, connection, and inspiration.

Attendees will enjoy a mix of keynote speakers, workshops, panels, and breakout sessions focused on leadership, career growth, change management, and inclusion and diversity.

Technical sessions will highlight new tools and trends, including practical uses of AI, data driven decision making, and other innovations shaping today’s utilities. The conference also includes tours, networking breaks, and social events that make it easy to meet peers, share ideas, and build new professional relationships.

When the WiNUP International Conference comes to town, attendees collaborate to positively impact the lives of girls in the host city. This year’s conference charity is Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. Girls Inc., which is dedicated to equipping girls with skills to help them reach their full potential, is the longest running girls’ leadership program. It was founded in 1864 to serve girls and young women who were experiencing upheaval in the aftermath of the Civil War. Today, Girls Inc. continues to work tirelessly to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold.

At the conference, we will be holding a basket auction to benefit Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. Be prepared to bid on some outstanding items that our WiNUP chapters have put together for baskets!
