Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals (WiNUP) is an organization dedicated to advancing women in the utility industry and related fields, including universities, marketing companies, and law firms. With a powerful presence across 21 chapters nationwide, WiNUP proudly unites its members through education, mentorship, and volunteerism. Our mission is to create a supportive network that empowers women to excel in their careers, enhances diversity in the workplace, and promotes leadership opportunities.
