The WiNUP Metro Chicago Professional Development Committee invites you to join us for an interactive discussion of the Harvard Business Review (HBR) article “Research: Flexible Work Can Dampen Motivation”. While flexible work can have benefits for employees, the article suggests that it can also have disadvantages.
Below are some questions to think about as you read the article:
• Do you always feel motivated when working a flexible schedule?
• Do you feel social norms affect your motivation when working outside of typical business hours? If yes, what specific social norms have an influence on your motivation?
You can access the article here:
The event will be held virtually on May 23th from 12:00pm - 12:45pm CST. Registration is open to all WiNUP members.
We look forward to you joining us!"
